Contract management that answers the questions your team asks every week

Where is the signed version? When does it renew? Who owns it? What did we agree to? Agreementsoftware keeps each answer next to the contract, so nobody digs through a shared drive and guesses.

See every renewal before it renews

The notice deadline is computed from each contract's term and notice period. The owner gets an email at 90, 60, 30 and 7 days. Unwanted auto-renewals stop being a surprise on the card statement.

Find any clause in seconds

Full-text search runs across every agreement, and AI clause search answers questions like "all contracts with auto-renewal and a notice period over 60 days". The contract repository is one place, not five folders.

Approvals routed by rule, with a full trail

Rules by contract type and value send each draft to the right approvers in the right order. Every comment, change and approval stays in the audit trail.

Signed and filed automatically

Send for electronic signature and set the signing order and reminders. The signed PDF and its audit certificate land back in the repository. Nobody downloads or uploads a file.

Every obligation has an owner

Payment milestones, reporting duties, price reviews and insurance certificates get a date, an owner and a reminder. Every promise in a contract becomes a task someone sees.

Contract data finance can plan with

Contract value, term, counterparty and owner export as CSV. Pro adds a renewal forecast by department. Finance plans next quarter from the contracts, not from memory.

A contract management system that is live in a day

Enterprise CLM suites take months to roll out. Agreementsoftware takes three steps, and the first is dragging in a folder.

  1. 1. Upload or draft

Drop in the PDFs and Word files you already have. AI reads each one and fills the parties, dates, renewal terms, payment terms and liability cap. The source sentence sits next to every field. New agreements start from your own templates and a short form.

  2. 2. Approve and sign

Drafts follow your approval rules by type and value, with comments in one thread. Once approved, it goes out for e-signature in the signing order you set.

  3. 3. Track and get alerted

Every contract gets an owner, a notice deadline and a renewal date on the dashboard. Alerts go out before each deadline. Obligations get their own reminders.

Contract snapshot: see the record we build from a real agreement

Pick one of four sample agreements or paste your own contract text. You get the record Agreementsoftware stores: key terms, the computed notice deadline, the renewal timeline and the clauses worth a second look.

Choose an agreement

Up to 15 000 characters. The text is read once to build the result and is not stored.

Pasted text is read in your browser by a rule-based parser, so this result is a preview. In your account, AI extraction reads the full file.

Risk notes

  • Auto-renews with a notice period over 60 days.
  • Liability is not capped for one or both parties.
  • The other party can raise prices at renewal without a limit.
  • Termination for convenience is missing or one-sided.
  • No clauses flagged for this focus.

Contract management software pays for itself the first time it stops one renewal

For the CFO, the COO and the General Counsel: the people who sign off on the subscription and answer for what the contracts say.

An illustration in plain arithmetic

Take one software contract at $24,000 a year that renews automatically for another year unless you give notice 60 days before the end of the term. Miss that date once and the company owes another $24,000. The Plus plan for a team of 10 costs $888 a year billed yearly. One avoided renewal covers the subscription many times over.

An audit-ready trail for every agreement

Who drafted, who approved, who signed, and when. The audit log records views, edits, approvals and exports.

Each team sees only its own contracts

Sales sees sales agreements, HR sees employment contracts, finance sees vendor spend. Permissions are set by role and folder on Plus and above.

Contract management software questions, answered

Can I import our existing contracts?

Yes. Upload PDF and Word files in bulk or drag in whole folders. AI reads each file and fills the key fields. On day one, the archive is a searchable register with renewal dates. On Enterprise we migrate the archive for you.

How accurate is the AI extraction, and can I correct it?

Every extracted field shows the sentence it came from, so checking a value takes a glance. Any field can be edited, and your correction is what the alerts and reports use. Scanned documents with poor image quality need a closer look than native PDFs.

Who can see which contracts?

Access is set by role and by folder on Plus and above. A salesperson can see sales agreements without seeing employment contracts, and every view and change is recorded in the audit log.

Are e-signatures legally binding in the US?

For most business contracts, yes. The federal ESIGN Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, adopted by most states, give electronic signatures the same legal effect as handwritten ones. A few document types, such as wills and certain court and family law documents, are excluded. Each signed PDF carries an audit certificate with the signers, timestamps and IP addresses.

Can we export everything if we leave?

Yes. The full register exports as CSV and every file downloads in its original format together with the signed versions and audit certificates. Your contracts stay yours.

Do you train AI models on our contracts?

No. Your contracts are processed only to provide the service to your company, and they are not used to train AI models.

How are extra seats billed?

Each plan includes a number of seats: 3 on Starter, 10 on Plus and 40 on Pro. Extra seats cost $15 per seat per month and are billed on the same cycle as your plan.

Can we use Agreementsoftware without paying?

There is no free plan. The Contract snapshot on this page is free to try with no account, and every plan is a paid monthly or yearly subscription that you can cancel before the next billing period.

Do you support SSO?

Yes, on Enterprise: SSO over SAML and SCIM provisioning, so accounts follow your identity provider.

Can we pay by invoice?

Enterprise is billed annually by invoice with bank transfer, and we fill in procurement and vendor forms. Starter, Plus and Pro are paid by card, monthly or yearly.
